Full onsite inspection
Every piece of loose lifting gear on site — slings, chains, shackles, hooks, blocks, lifting clamps — checked and recorded.
Tagging and colour coding
Each item tagged with its inspection date and next due date, so anyone on the floor can see at a glance whether a piece is in date.
Digital asset register
A spreadsheet and PDF listing every item: description, working load limit, code, where it lives, and pass or fail.
Defect report with photos
Anything that fails is photographed, written up and listed for removal from service, so you have a record of what was pulled and why.
Replacement quote
Priced replacements for every failed item, at your locked-in trade rates, ready to approve.
Priority callout
Urgent defects between scheduled visits get a response within 2 business days.
Your report and register land within 3 business days of the visit. Replacement equipment is quoted separately at your trade rates — trade account holders keep their pricing on everything we replace.
