The DLP Ring Bolt Lift Point M16 is a bolt-on lifting point for tapped loads where the hook has to come in close to a corner or an edge. The M16 thread suits smaller fixtures and lighter attachment points, and the compact housing means it sits tight against the load instead of hanging out where it can get knocked about. The closed, oblong link folds flat over the housing when the point is idle, so it can be left fitted and stowed away between lifts.
At M16 the link also has the stay-up function, which holds it upright for on-hooking in cramped spots. That saves fumbling and keeps the hook off the workpiece. The hexagon bolt comes off with a wrench for assembly or inspection, and it is RFID prepared. Working load limit, mounting torque and manufacturer ID are marked on the bolt itself, so the rigger can check what is in front of them.
