About this product
The Uvex Whisper Plus Reusable Corded Earplugs are a Class 4 plug with an SLC80 rating of 22 dB, built for general industrial work where you still need to hear what is going on around you. They suit environments up to 105 dB based on an 85 dB criterion, so they cover most workshop, plant and site noise. The cord keeps the pair together when they come out for a conversation.
Made from reusable elastomer (TPE), they can be washed and put back in rather than binned after one shift. Sound comes through without distortion, so speech stays intelligible and warning signals are still clear. Tested to AS/NZS 1270:2002. A sensible option for crews moving in and out of noisy areas through the day.
