The 3M Browguard Visor and Blue Chinguard is a full face shield for work where sparks, splash or heat come at you, covering low to high impact protection. The wide flare 1mm polycarbonate visor runs down into a chinguard, so the face and neck stay covered rather than just the eyes. A ratchet adjustable headband sets the fit, and the friction pivoting system holds the visor wherever you park it, up out of the way or down for the cut.
Suits grinding and disc cutting, lead jointing, metal cleaning and plating, chemical processing, plus liquid splash and gauging work. It shields against flying particles, liquids, chemical and molten splashes, radiated heat and glare. Check the visor for scratches, crazing or pitting before each shift and replace it once vision is affected, since a marked visor is harder to see through and weaker on impact.
