The UVEX HexArmor PointGuard Ultra Needle Stick Gloves in Size 8 are a hand-protection glove for crews handling sharps, high-pressure fluids and unknown waste. Size 8 suits a medium hand, so it is the common pick for work that needs fingertip feel without the glove sliding around. Layered SuperFabric brand material does the cutting and puncture work, backed by a 15-gauge hi-vis polyester shell that keeps hands easy to see on site.
A sandy nitrile three-quarter knuckle palm coating holds grip on wet and oily gear and takes the abrasion. The knit wrist keeps dirt and debris out, and the seamless build keeps them comfortable through a long shift. Rated EN388:2016 4X43F, ANSI/ISEA A9, ANSI/ISEA Puncture 4 and Needlestick 5, with injection resistance from .002" to .012" using standard hydraulics and protection against fluid-injection injuries up to 10.150PSI. Used in water treatment, plumbing, hydraulic maintenance, and by councils, parks and gardens.
