The 3M Unisafe ABS Type 1 Safety Helmet in fluro yellow is a hard hat for crews working under overhead risk on site. The fluro yellow shell is the one to reach for when you want high visibility on a busy deck or in low light, and it keeps colour coding simple where trades or gangs are split by helmet colour. This is the unvented version, so the shell is closed with no airflow holes.
ABS plastic construction, Type 1, with a 6 point terylene harness to spread the load and hold the helmet steady on the head. Australian made and manufactured to AS/NZS 1801:1997. It gets used across construction, mining, oil and gas, and minerals work. Check the shell and harness for cracks, dents or fraying before each shift and replace anything damaged.
