About this product
The Sperian Lanyard Stretchstop Comp Energyabsorb 2M is a single energy absorbing lanyard for work at height, sitting at 1.27m unstretched and extending out to a total length of 2m. The elastic inner core holds that slack in, so the lanyard stays off the ground and out from under your boots while you work. Outer sheath is load bearing polyester webbing in bright colour, which makes it easy to see from a distance that a worker is hooked up correctly. Fitted with 19mm hooks and weighing 1.2kg.
The energy absorber sits on the outside of the lanyard, so a deployed absorber tells you straight away that a fall has been taken and the lanyard needs to come out of service. Suits EWP work, scaffolding, construction and maintenance, along with work positioning and restraint applications. Made to AS/NZS 1891.1 - 2007.
