The Stryker LP1000 QUIK-COMBO electrodes with REDI-PAK pre-connect system are replacement defibrillation pads for a LIFEPAK 1000, supplied with everything needed to get the unit back in service. The kit takes in EDGE system electrodes, a QUIK-COMBO connector and the REDI-PAK pre-connect setup.
Because the REDI-PAK system lets the electrodes stay plugged into the defib, there is no fumbling with a connector during a cardiac arrest. Open the pads, place them, go. That matters on a site or in a crib room where the first responder may be a workmate rather than a medic. Worth keeping a spare set with any LIFEPAK 1000 in the first aid kit so an expired or used set can be swapped straight away, and check the date on the pads as part of your regular first aid gear inspection.
