About this product
The Beaver Jumbo Round Slings 50t x 8m is a heavy capacity endless polyester sling for big lifts where you want to protect the load. At 50t working load limit and 8m long, it sits at the serious end of the range, giving you the reach for tall or bulky loads without a monster of a sling to drag around. The body is polyester yarn in a continuous loop, encased in a protective sleeve that keeps the internal filaments parallel and covered.
Because the core fibres spread out where the sling meets the load, you get a wide bearing surface that cushions the contact and cuts down on slipping. Polyester has low stretch, so load bounce stays under control even at heavy weights. Light and flexible compared to steel of the same rating, so the crew can hitch and adjust it quickly. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.
