About this product
The Beaver Jumbo Round Slings 50t x 3m is a heavy lift round sling for moving big loads without marking them. At 50 tonne working load limit it sits at the serious end of the range, and the 3m length keeps the sling short and tight for direct vertical picks or where headroom is limited. Construction is a continuous loop of polyester yarn inside a polyester or nylon sleeve, so the load bearing filaments stay parallel and shielded from grit and abrasion.
Even at this rating the sling stays light in the hand compared to chain or wire rope, and it flexes in any direction, which makes it quick to position and choke. The yarn core spreads out where it meets the load, giving broad support that cushions edges and cuts down slipping. Polyester has low stretch, so there is less load bounce when hoisting serious weight. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.

- what are Beaver jumbo round slings made of
- A continuous loop of polyester yarn inside a polyester or nylon sleeve. The sleeve holds the internal rows of filament in parallel formation and protects them.
