About this product
The Beaver Jumbo Round Sling in 30t x 8m is a heavy lift endless sling for crane and rigging work where loads are big and the surface needs looking after. The 8m length gives you plenty of reach for choking around large sections or running longer legs on a two point lift, and the 30t working load limit puts it in the serious end of the range. It is built as a continuous loop of polyester yarn inside a polyester or nylon sleeve, manufactured to AS 4497.1.
The sleeve holds the internal filaments in a parallel formation and shields them from damage. Where the sling meets the load the core fibres spread out, giving broad support that cushions the contact area and cuts down slipping. Polyester has low stretch, so you get less load bounce when hoisting heavy weights. For its capacity it stays light and flexible, which makes rigging and repositioning far quicker than chain. A test certificate is available on request.
