About this product
The Beaver Jumbo Round Slings 30t x 3m is a heavy duty endless polyester sling for crane and hoist lifts where the load is big but the sling still needs to stay soft on the surface. At 30t working load limit, this is one of the upper end sizes in the range, and the 3m length keeps it short enough for tight headroom while still giving you a workable choke or basket wrap on large sections.
Construction is a continuous loop of polyester yarn inside a woven sleeve, which keeps the filaments lying parallel and shields them from the load and the ground. The core spreads out where it meets the load, giving broad support that cushions the contact face and reduces slipping. Polyester stretches very little, so you get less load bounce when hoisting serious weight. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.

- This size has a working load limit of 30t in a straight vertical lift. It is 3m long from eye to eye.
- what are Beaver jumbo round slings made of
- A continuous loop of polyester yarn encased in a woven polyester or nylon sleeve. The sleeve holds the internal yarn rows in parallel formation and protects them from damage.
- are Beaver round slings certified to Australian standards
- Yes, they are manufactured to AS 4497.1 and a test certificate is available upon request.
- why use a round sling instead of chain for heavy lifts
- Round slings are lightweight and flexible in multiple directions, so they are quicker to manipulate and far less likely to mark or damage the load surface.
