About this product
The Beaver Jumbo Round Slings 20t x 3m is a heavy lift round sling for crane and rigging work where the load needs support without marking. At 20 tonnes working load limit and 3m long, it sits at the heavier end of the range, suited to big structural steel, plant and vessel lifts. The continuous loop is polyester yarn inside a polyester or nylon sleeve, which keeps the internal filaments parallel and shielded from grit and abrasion.
Even at this capacity the sling stays light in the hand and flexible in every direction, so crews can reeve it and reposition it quickly. Where the sling meets the load, the core fibres spread out to give broad contact, cushioning the surface and cutting down on slip. Polyester has low stretch, so you avoid load bounce when hoisting serious weight. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.
