About this product
The Beaver Jumbo Round Slings 20t x 10m is a heavy lift round sling for crane and hoist work where you need serious capacity and plenty of reach. The 20t working load limit puts it in the range for large structural steel, plant and mine site components, and the 10m length gives you the drop for tall chokes or wide basket hitches without having to double up. It is a continuous loop of polyester yarn inside a polyester or nylon sleeve, so it stays light in the hand for the rating it carries.
The sleeve holds the internal yarn filaments parallel and shields them from abrasion. Where the sling meets the load, the core spreads out and forms a broad bearing surface, which cushions the steel and cuts down slipping. Polyester has low stretch, so you get less load bounce when a weight this size comes off the ground. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.
