About this product
The Beaver Jumbo Round Slings 20t x 1m is an endless polyester sling built for heavy lifts where you have very little headroom to play with. At 1m long with a 20 tonne working load limit, it is the short end of the Jumbo range, handy for choking onto lugs or pairing up under a load on a spreader. The core is polyester yarn running in parallel rows, sealed inside a woven sleeve that keeps the filaments protected and in line.
Under load the fibre core spreads across the contact face, so the sling cushions rather than digs in, and that broad footprint helps stop the load creeping. Polyester has low stretch, which keeps the bounce out of the lift when you are picking up serious weight. It stays light and flexible in the hand for something rated to 20t. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.
