About this product
The Beaver Jumbo Round Slings 15t x 8m is a heavy lift round sling for crane and rigging work where you need reach and a soft, non-marking contact with the load. The 8m length gives you plenty of room for choking around big sections or reaching down into a deep lift, and the 15t working load limit puts it in serious lifting territory. It is a continuous loop of polyester yarn inside a polyester or nylon sleeve, so it stays light and flexible for its rating.
The sleeve holds the internal filaments parallel and shields them from wear. Under load, the core spreads out where it meets the steel, spreading the bearing area and cutting down on slipping and surface damage. Polyester has low stretch, which keeps load bounce out of the lift when you are hoisting heavy. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.
