About this product
The Beaver Jumbo Round Slings 15t x 5m is an endless polyester sling built for heavy lifts where you don't want to mark the load. The 15t working load limit puts it into serious plant and structural steel territory, and the 5m length gives you enough reach for a decent choke or basket hitch on bulky gear without doubling up. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.
Inside the sleeve, polyester yarn filaments sit in parallel rows, protected from grit and abrasion. Where the sling meets the load, the core spreads out and forms a wide bearing surface that cushions the contact point and cuts down slipping. Polyester also stretches very little, so you get less load bounce when the weight comes on. Light in the hand and flexible in any direction, so it is quick to rig and easy to pull through.
