About this product
The Uneedit Sharps Container Yellow Square 2L is a hard plastic disposal bin for needles, blades and clinical waste on site or in the first aid room. The 2L capacity suits smaller crib rooms, vehicles and site offices where a full size unit is overkill. A twist top closes the container off once it is done, so nothing works its way back out in transit or in the bin.
A safety line is printed on the body, showing the maximum fill level. Stop there. Never put a hand inside a sharps container to push waste down. The container is made to AS 4031/92, and during incineration the plastic breaks down to CO2 and water. The yellow square shape sits flat against a wall or inside a cabinet and is easy to spot in a hurry.
