The Frontier Six Point Terylene Head Gear is a replacement harness that fits inside a hard hat shell and holds it correctly on your head. Six anchor points spread the load across the crown rather than a few pressure spots, which matters when the lid stays on all shift. The webbing is terylene, finished in black.
Harnesses wear out well before the shell does. Sweat, sun and constant adjusting stretch the webbing and chew the straps, so swapping the head gear brings an otherwise sound hat back into service. Check the cradle sits level and the straps are seated in every point before you use it. Give it a look over during your usual hard hat inspection and replace it when the webbing frays, stretches or the adjuster stops holding.
