About this product
The Beaver 50mm Multi-Purpose Ratchet Tie-Down Assembly is a light duty strap for holding loads down on trays, trailers and truck decks. This size runs 50mm wide webbing with a 1t lashing capacity and a 6m length, so you have enough strap to get over a load and back through without wrestling short ends. Fitted with hook and keeper ends at both ends. Complies to AS/NZS 4380.
Two protective sleeves come with the assembly to keep the webbing off sharp corners and edges, which is where most straps get chewed up. At 1000kg LC it suits general freight, timber, tooling and site gear rather than heavy plant. Total weight is 1.6kg, light enough to keep a few behind the seat. Check the webbing for cuts and the ratchet for grit before every job.
