About this product
The Beaver Heavy-Duty Webbing Protective Sleeve 65mm slips over your sling to take the abrasion so the sling doesn't. This is the 65mm size, sized to suit a 2t flat sling or a 3t round sling, which covers a lot of the everyday lifting gear on site. Made from heavy duty polyester webbing, it is built for high abrasion work where loads have sharp or rough faces.
Slide it onto the leg, position it over the contact point and let it wear instead of the sling. Sewn or velcro options are available, so you can choose a fixed sleeve or one you can fit and remove on the job. Sleeves are made to custom lengths. Check the sleeve for cuts and heavy wear as part of your usual sling inspection and replace it when it starts giving out, well before the sling underneath takes any damage.
