About this product
The Beaver Herringbone Protective Sleeve 90mm is a wear sleeve that slides over your webbing or round sling to take the abrasion instead of the sling itself. This size suits a 90mm sling diameter, which puts it in the range of a 3t flat sling. Slip it over the section of the sling that bears on the load and you stop sharp edges and rough steel chewing through the webbing.
The sleeve is made from a strong herringbone weave polyester, so it holds its shape under load and shrugs off scuffing on concrete, plate and pipe. Sewn or velcro options are available, with velcro the easier choice if you want to fit and move the sleeve without threading it off the end. Lengths are made to suit, so you can cover just the contact point or run protection along more of the sling.
