The Beaver PVC Protective Sleeve 100mm is a wear sleeve that fits over webbing and round slings to stop edges and rough surfaces chewing through the fabric. This size suits a 100mm sling diameter, which lines up with a 3t flat sling or a 4t round sling. Slide it over the section taking the punishment and you get a sacrificial layer doing the work instead of the sling itself.
PVC also grips well, so it earns its keep on polished steel, pipe and other slippery loads that want to slide under tension. Sleeves are made to custom lengths, and you can go with a sewn version or velcro if you want to fit and remove it without threading the sling through. Cheap insurance against retiring a good sling early.
