Beaver Mega Round Slings 5t x 4m

About this product

The Beaver Mega Round Slings 5t x 4m is an endless polyester round sling for general lifting where you need a soft, non-marking contact with the load. Red coding marks the 5t working load limit, with an 80mm width and a 4m length that suits straight lifts off a hook or basket hitches around larger sections. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.

Construction is a continuous loop of polyester yarn inside a protective sleeve that holds the load-bearing filaments parallel and shields them from wear. Under load the core spreads across the contact area, giving broad support that cushions the load and cuts down on slipping. Polyester has low stretch, so you get less load bounce when hoisting heavy weights. Light in the hand and flexible in any direction, so a single rigger can position it quickly.
