Beaver Mega Round Slings 1t x 5m

About this product

The Beaver Mega Round Slings 1t x 5m is a continuous polyester loop sling for general lifting where you don't want to mark the load. The violet colour code tells you it's the 1t working load limit at a glance, and the 5m length gives you plenty of reach for choking around awkward shapes or slinging off a hook with a decent leg angle. At 47mm wide it stays light enough to throw over a shoulder and walk up a ladder with.

Load-bearing yarn sits inside a protective polyester sleeve that holds the filaments parallel and keeps grit off the core. Under load the core spreads out where it touches the load, so the contact area widens, cushions the surface and cuts down on slipping. Polyester also has low stretch, which keeps load bounce out of the lift. Manufactured to AS 4497.1, with a test certificate available on request.
