The Moldex 9000 Full Face Resp Facepiece Medium is a reusable full face respirator body sized medium, built for crews who wear a mask all shift. The over-molded lens gives a wide field of vision and carries high impact protection rated to ANSI Z87+. The whole facepiece is metal free, which suits refineries and mine sites where stray metal is a problem. A ratchet fastening system takes the guesswork out of getting a consistent seal.
Weight is the other reason blokes reach for this one. The lightweight build and stand-away head harness make donning and doffing quick, and there are fewer parts to pull apart when it is time to clean or replace something. It fits into general industry work just as easily as mining. Note that this is the facepiece on its own, so filters or cartridges are selected to match the hazard you are working around.
