About this product
The Moldex MX-5 Premium Earmuff is a headband earmuff for loud environments, rated SLC(80) 32dB, Class 5 to AS 1270. That puts it at the top end of hearing protection, so it suits crushers, workshops, compressors and anywhere the noise does not let up. The lightweight wire frame lets you set the cups where you want them, and they stay put through the shift.
Cushions and headband are PVC free, with extra soft low pressure foam that takes the bite out of a long day. The headband is cushion ribbed and open air to keep heat down, and the overmoulded build stands up to shift after shift. Larger ear cushions fit almost any ear, and the glossy surface wipes clean easily. The NRR has been independently tested.
