About this product
The Beaver G80 Clevis Clutch Locking Clutch shortens a chain sling leg without giving up any of the sling's working load limit. The clevis pin connects straight onto the chain, so you don't need a connecting link to make it up. Once the chain is seated, the lock mechanism holds it in place and stops it disengaging under load or while the sling is being handled.
Made from heat treated alloy steel, it is built for heavy lifting work on mine sites, workshops and construction jobs. Quality testing is carried out through the manufacturing process, and Beaver Grade 80 components carry identification marks so you can check what you have on the hook. Complies to AS 3776. Check the body, pin and lock for wear, deformation and cracking before every lift.
