About this product
Beaver Permanent Magnet Lifters pick up steel plate, pipe, beams and round ferromagnetic work pieces without a sling in sight. The holding force comes from an NdFeB permanent magnet running through a magnetic circuit, so there is no power supply to worry about and no need to rig clamps or a purpose built lifting frame just to shift a plate across the shop.
The body is compact, which helps when you are working in tight spots or handling stock off a rack. Each unit comes with a rated shackle stamped with the WLL, test number, serial number, and the month and year of manufacture, along with the European standard compliance mark (CE). It complies to AS4991. Common uses cover factories, warehouses, wharves and transport yards, anywhere steel gets handled often enough that slinging every lift slows the job down.
