The 3M Peltor Hygiene Kit HY7 is a replacement set of sealing rings and foam inserts for Peltor earmuffs, including the H7 Series and a range of other Peltor products. Cushions flatten out and get grubby with daily use, and once that seal goes soft the muff stops doing its job. Swapping in fresh cushions brings the seal back against the head, and new foam inserts tidy up the sound quality inside the cup.
Handy for crews running hearing protection day in, day out on construction, heavy engineering, metal processing and cement work, along with airports, woodworking, printing, textile and chemical or pharmaceutical plants. Keep a kit in the store so muffs get refreshed instead of binned. Suits earmuffs to AS/NZS 1270:2002.
