The Honeywell VeriShield VS130 over the head earmuff is a passive hearing protector rated Class 5 with an SLC80 of 32dB, built for crews working around crushers, compressors and other high noise gear. The internal cup baffle is a patented sound stabiliser structure that steadies the cup and controls how noise reaches the ear. Air flow control technology keeps attenuation high without needing bulky earcups.
The cup opening is wider than most, which helps anyone with a larger ear profile or hearing aids. The headband uses lightweight steel wire with textile padding, so it sits without digging in over a long shift. Ear cushions snap in and out, making replacement quick when they get grubby or flattened. Tested to AS/NZS 1270:2002, licence number 1133.
