About this product
The Beaver BV100 G100 Clevis Self Locking Hook 13mm is the load-end hook for a Grade 100 chain sling, closing and locking itself so it cannot open while the load is on. Rated at 6.7t working load limit on 13mm chain, it covers the heavier end of the range where you need more capacity than the smaller sizes will give you. The clevis connects straight onto the chain, so there is no connecting link to fit.
Made from heat treated alloy steel, Grade 100 carries 25% more load than Grade 80 and saves around 30% in weight, with the hook itself sitting at 2.9kg. Overall length is 250mm with a 15.8mm clevis pin diameter and a 37mm throat opening. The trigger can be replaced using kit RSLKBV10013MM rather than scrapping the hook. Complies to AS 3776.
