About this product
The Beaver BV100 G100 Clevis Grab Hook 10mm is used to shorten a Grade 100 chain sling leg without adding a connecting link. It takes 10mm chain and carries a working load limit of 4t. The clevis pin connects straight to the chain, and supporting lugs sit either side of the seated link to stop the link deforming under load. A safety latch closes and locks on its own so the hook stays shut while loaded.
Made from heat treated alloy steel and marked for identification, with quality testing through manufacturing. Overall length is 127mm, width 42mm and pin diameter 13mm, and it weighs roughly 0.82kg. Grade 100 gives 25% more load capacity than Grade 80 with a 30% weight saving, and there is no deration. Complies to AS 3776.
