Beaver Double-Ply Flat Sling 5t x 6m

About this product

The Beaver Double-Ply Flat Sling 5t x 6m is a polyester webbing sling for general lifting where you need a soft, wide bearing surface against the load. The 6m length gives you plenty of reach for choking around larger loads or getting a decent sling angle on a two-leg lift, with a 5t working load limit in a straight pull. Double-ply construction, sewn into a continuous length with an eye at each end.

Because the webbing lays flat, it spreads the load over a broad area, cushioning painted or finished surfaces and cutting down on slipping. Polyester has low stretch, so you don't get load bounce when you're hoisting heavy. Light enough to sling over a shoulder and flexible enough to pack away, which is why they end up in most riggers' kits. Check the full length of the webbing and both eyes for cuts, abrasion and heat damage before every lift.
