Beaver Double-Ply Flat Sling 5t x 5m

About this product

The Beaver Double-Ply Flat Sling 5t x 5m is a polyester webbing sling for general lifting where you need a 5 tonne working load limit and a bit of reach. The 5m length suits taller loads, deeper chokes and basket hitches around bulky gear that a shorter sling won't wrap. Built from polyester webbing sewn into a continuous length with an eye at each end.

Flat webbing spreads the load over a broad contact area, so it cushions painted or finished surfaces and helps stop the sling slipping under tension. Polyester has low stretch, which keeps load bounce down when you're hoisting heavy weights. It's light to carry and flexible enough to work around awkward shapes. Check the webbing for cuts, abrasion and heat damage before every lift.
