Beaver Double-Ply Flat Sling 5t x 10m

About this product

The Beaver Double-Ply Flat Sling 5t x 10m is a polyester webbing sling for general lifting where you need to protect the load. The 10m length is the one to grab for deep chokes, tall loads or basket hitches where a shorter sling leaves you short on height under the hook. Working load limit is 5t, and the double-ply construction is sewn into a continuous length with an eye at each end.

Flat webbing spreads the load over a wide contact area, so it cushions painted or machined surfaces and helps stop the sling slipping around the load. Polyester has low stretch, which keeps load bounce down when you are hoisting heavy weights. It is light, packs flat and handles easily compared to chain or wire rope at the same 5t rating. Check the webbing and eyes for cuts, abrasion and heat damage before every lift.
