Beaver Double-Ply Flat Sling 3t x 3m

About this product

The Beaver Double-Ply Flat Sling 3t x 3m is a polyester webbing sling for general lifting where you don't want to mark the load. The 3m length gives you enough reach for a choke or basket hitch around drums, fabricated steel and machinery, without the slack you get from longer slings. Working load limit is 3t, and there is a sewn eye at each end for hooking up.

Polyester webbing is light in the hand and flexible, so a rigger can handle it all day and get it around awkward shapes. The broad bearing surface spreads the load and cushions it, which also cuts down on slipping. Low stretch in the webbing helps keep load bounce out of the lift when you're hoisting heavy. Keep it clear of sharp edges, or pack it out, and check the webbing for cuts and abrasion before each use.
