About this product
The Frontier Lefties Gauntlet Welders Glove is a left hand only welding gauntlet in 40cm green cowsplit, made for stick, MIG and oxy work where the holding hand takes the heat. One size fits all, so there is no sizing to sort out on site. Red half welts protect the seams, the edges are self hemmed, and a full jersey sock lining sits between your hand and the leather.
Heat performance is rated to level 4 for burning behaviour, level 1 for contact heat, level 4 for convective heat and level 4 for small drips of molten metal, with a rating of EN 388:4143. The long cuff covers the forearm when you are reaching into a weld or a furnace door. Suits welding bays, foundries, smelters, mining and construction. Being left hand only, it pairs with whatever you already run on your torch hand.
