The Frontier Broad Brim Hard Hat in the non-vented with ratchet harness build is full sun and rain protection for crews working out in the open. The non-vented shell keeps wind and water out, so it suits sites where a vented lid would let too much through. Brim area is up 60% on standard broad brim designs, giving around 30% more coverage across the neck, ears and face.
Inside sits a 6 point terylene harness with a rear ratchet wheel, so you can adjust the fit one handed without taking the hat off. The slots take most 25mm and 30mm attachments for earmuffs or a visor. Australian designed and manufactured in white, certified to AS/NZS 1801, and light enough for long days on general industry and mining work.
