About this product
The Frontier Mercury 46cm Nitrile Glove in size Medium is a chemical handling glove that covers the hand and forearm in one piece. The 46cm length means splashes and dip work stay off your wrists and arms, which is where shorter gloves leave you exposed. Nitrile construction resists a wide range of chemicals and solvents, and the textured palm holds grip on wet or dry surfaces.
Green colouring makes it easy to keep chemical gloves separate from general handling gloves on site. Suits chemical transport and processing, painting work, metal fabrication and industrial cleaning. Rated EN388/4101 and EN374-3/AJK. Size Medium fits most average hands, so check your crew's sizing before ordering a run. Rinse and dry after contact with chemicals, and retire any glove showing splits or thinning.
Common questions
- what chemicals is the Frontier Mercury nitrile glove rated for
- It carries an EN374-3/AJK rating and resists many chemicals and solvents. Check the AJK code against the specific chemical you are handling.
- how long is the Frontier Mercury 46cm glove
- 46cm, so it covers the hand and the forearm rather than stopping at the wrist.
- is a 46cm nitrile glove better than a short cuff glove
- For dipping, decanting or cleaning where splashes travel up the arm, the 46cm length gives forearm protection a short cuff glove cannot.
