The Frontier Metal Detectable Ear Plugs Blue x Class 5 are disposable foam earplugs built to be picked up by metal detection systems, so a dropped plug does not end up in a product line or a crusher feed. This is the Class 5 version with an SLC80 rating of 27dB, the higher protection option in the range, and it suits loud general industry work where noise levels sit at the top end. The soft PU memory foam expands to the shape of the ear canal and holds its seal.
Blue makes them easy to spot on the ground or against gear during a housekeeping check. They are made to AS/NZS 1270:2002.
