About this product
The Ergodyne Chill-Its Change Cooling Vest Charge Pack is a set of two removable cooling packs that slot into the pockets of a Chill-Its change cooling vest to keep body temperature down on hot shifts. Once activated, the cooling material holds a steady 18C (64F) for up to 4 hours. The patented honeycomb ice pack design stops the packs going stiff, so the vest still moves with you when you are climbing, bending or working overhead.
Recharging is quick. Ten minutes in a cooler of ice water, 15 minutes in the freezer, 25 minutes in the fridge, or one to two hours near an air conditioner, then drop them back into the vest pockets. The extended vest surface area spreads the cooling further, and hook and loop adjustment at both shoulders and waist keeps the packs sitting where they need to be. Hand wash only. Compatible with PRPCV6215OO00SM.
