The Ergodyne 5960 Canvas Hoist Bucket with D-Rings is built for raising and lowering tools to a work position at height. The main body is 24 oz. canvas with a synthetic leather reinforced base and nickel-plated storm drains, so water runs out instead of sitting in the bottom. Maximum safe working capacity is 150lbs (68kg), third-party certified to a 5:1 safety factor.
A high tensile strength web handle with leather reinforcement carries a zinc plated alloy steel D-ring for hoisting, and two more zinc plated alloy steel D-rings sit at the handle ends for anchoring tool lanyards, each rated to 20lbs (9kg). A moulded plastic top ring holds the mouth open so crews can see and reach what is inside, and heavy-gauge nylon stitching holds it all together. There is an interior pocket for smaller gear. Suits linemen, ironworkers, roofers, arborists and telco crews.
