The Dupont Tychem 6000 F Plus Coveralls with sock boots Grey x Size 2 Extra Large is a hooded chemical protective coverall for spill clean-up, emergency response and petrochemical work, cut to fit the larger end of the range. The 2XL sizing gives taller or broader crew room to move without pulling at the seams, which matters when the suit is worn over other layers. Fabric is 120g/m Tychem F, a barrier film laminated to a heavy duty Tyvek substrate, and the whole garment comes in under 500g.
Protection covers toxic industrial organic chemicals, highly concentrated inorganic chemicals even under pressure, particulates, biohazards and certain chemical warfare agents. It is a Category III chemical protective coverall, Type 3-B, 4-B, 5-B and 6-B, and meets EN 14126 - Type 3B, EN 1149-1:1995 and EN 1073-2. A rubber face seal works with full face masks, and there are thumb loops, elastication at the wrists, face and waist, attached dissipative socks with a boot flap, plus a self-adhesive double zipper and chin flap.
