The Dupont Tychem 6000 F Plus Coveralls with sock boots in grey, size Medium, is a hooded chemical protective suit for spill clean-up, emergency response and petrochemical work. Size Medium suits smaller framed crew who need the hood, wrist and waist elastication sitting where it should, since a coverall that bunches or drags will not seal properly at the face. The grey fabric is a barrier film laminated to a heavy duty Tyvek substrate at 120g/m, keeping the whole garment under 500g.
It handles permeation from a wide range of toxic industrial organic chemicals, highly concentrated inorganic chemicals under pressure, particulates and biohazards. Classed Chemical Protective Coverall Category III, Type 3-B, 4-B, 5-B and 6-B, tested to EN 14126 - Type 3B, EN 1149-1:1995 and EN 1073-2. The rubber face seal works with a full face mask, and you get attached dissipative socks with boot flap, thumb loops, plus a self-adhesive double zipper and chin flap.
