The Mongoose Heavy Duty Strop 50t x 10m is a 12 strand UHMwPE tow rope built for recovering bogged or stranded machinery and vehicles. At a 50t break load, this is the heavy end of the range, and the 10m length gives you enough rope to keep the recovery vehicle well clear of the stuck one. Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene gives a very high strength to weight ratio, so a line this size still stays light enough for one person to drag out and rig.

Each end has a 200mm soft eye splice with heavy protection, and the whole rope runs inside a tight HT polyester cover to handle wear and flex fatigue. Elongation is low, so there is minimal recoil and kinetic energy if it does let go. The pink colour keeps it visible on site, and durable ID tags mean you can trace the rope back and confirm its tonnage rating.
