The Mongoose Heavy Duty Strop 30t x 20m is a synthetic recovery rope for snatching out bogged or stranded vehicles and plant. The 30t break load puts it at the heavier end of the range, and the 20m length gives you room to keep the recovery vehicle on solid ground when the casualty is well and truly stuck. It is built from 12 strand UHMwPE, so the strength to weight ratio is high and one person can drag it out and rig it without a fight.

Each end has a 200mm soft eye splice with heavy protection, and the whole rope runs under a tight HT polyester cover to fend off wear and flex fatigue. Elongation is low, so there is minimal recoil and kinetic energy if it lets go. The pink colour keeps it visible on site, and the durable ID tag means you can trace the rope back and confirm it is certified to its tonnage rating.
