The Mongoose Heavy Duty Strop 200t x 15m is a 12 strand UHMwPE tow rope built for recovering heavy plant, light vehicles and 4x4s. At 200t break load it sits at the top end of the range, and the 15m length gives you room to keep the recovery vehicle well clear of a bogged machine. UHMwPE gives a high strength to weight ratio, so a strop this size stays light enough for one person to drag out and hook up.

Each end has a 200mm soft eye splice with heavy protection, and the whole rope runs inside a tight HT polyester cover to take the wear and flex fatigue. Elongation is low, which means minimal recoil and kinetic energy if it does let go. The pink colour keeps it visible on site, and the durable ID tags let you trace the strop back to its tonnage rating.
