The Mongoose Heavy Duty Strop 150t x 10m is a 12 strand UHMwPE tow rope built for recovering heavy plant, light vehicles and 4x4s. The 150t break load sits at the heavier end of the Mongoose range, so it suits the big gear on mine sites and haul roads where smaller strops run out of margin. At 10m you get enough working length to keep the recovery vehicle clear of soft ground without dragging half a paddock of rope behind you.

Each end carries a 200mm soft eye splice with heavy protection, and the whole length runs inside a tight HT polyester cover for wear and flex fatigue resistance. UHMwPE gives a high strength to weight ratio, so the strop stays light and flexible in the hands. Elongation is low and recoil at break is minimal. The pink colour keeps it visible, and durable ID tags cover traceability. Certified to tonnage rating.
