The Beaver G80 chain sling in the 2 leg, 8mm by 1m configuration is a short rigging assembly for two point lifts on crane and forklift work. The 1m effective length keeps the load close under the hook, handy in low headroom bays or on tight pick and carry jobs. Each leg runs 8mm Grade 80 chain finished with a clevis self locking hook, so the hook stays shut once the load is on.
Chain and components are heat treated alloy steel, with the chain made to AS 2321 and the fittings to AS 3776. The double chain sling comes with 2 shortening grab hooks certified to AS 3775.1, letting you take up slack and balance an awkward load. Markings on the chain and fittings keep the assembly traceable through inspection.
